We want you to be happy customers and return to us time and time again so please send back any items you are unhappy with within 14 days of receipt.
Please re-use and recycle our dispatch bag, to repackage and send back your item(s) and use the enclosed address label with a reason why your sending your item back to help us make things better.

We will ensure to deal with your returns as quickly as possible. You can return goods to us up to 14 days after you have received your order, for an exchange, credit or refund. We offer refund on all products including sale items as long as they are unused, unworn and in the original packaging.
Please ensure items are returned unused, unworn, and without any marks, including deodorant or make up marks, in original packing with swing tags still attached. We cannot refund any item until we receive it, or unless you can provide us proof of delivery – i.e. a signature of one of our staff. To do this take your item to the post office and ask to send the item ‘Signed For’ or use a courier service.
If the item is valuable and for peace of mind, you may want to use an insured postal service, similar to the sort we use to send the products to you. It can take up to 2 weeks to process your refund, exchange or raise credit note but we usually do these within 5 days of receipt of goods. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty you are of course entitled to a full refund / replacement, including the cost of sending the item(s) back. Again, please ensure the items are returned within 14 days.
All returned items are refunded back onto the card that has been used to purchase on-line. Please email us if you are un happy with any items or service as we want to ensure every customer is happy and comes back again.
